What is ZPoint?

ZPoint is a relaxing, meditative process for dealing with stress, anxiety, or any difficult emotions. It’s great for letting go of worries and frustrations, moving through sadness or grief more easily or just feeling more confident throughout the day. The free recordings below were created to help you lower your stress levels.

ZPoint works on your subconscious mind, gently removing the obstacles to feeling good. It allows you to get out of your own way, so that your mind and body can come back into their natural balance.

It’s a simple process, and you can do it whenever you can find a private place and time when you can relax and close your eyes. Many people do it once a week just to stay centered, but you can do it as often as you like. If you’re under a lot of stress, try doing ZPoint several times a week (or even every day if you have the time) for quicker results.

Do not try to do ZPoint while you’re driving, operating heavy machinery, or just need to be alert.

How to Do ZPoint

This introduction tells you everything you need to know about doing ZPoint in a little over five minutes. It also contains the instructions to your subconscious that make ZPoint work. You only follow these instructions once, so you only need to listen to this once. Once you’ve listened and followed the instructions, you’re good to go!

Stress Less with ZPoint

In this recording, I take you through five rounds of ZPoint to reduce stress. Just find yourself a quiet, private place and make yourself comfortable. Then play the recording and follow the instructions, repeating your cue word over and over at the appropriate times. (Don’t worry; it’s all explained in the intro!)

The length of this recording is 32:03. You may want to give yourself a few minutes extra to come back to the outside world. And it’s always a good idea to have a glass of water handy.

Stress Less with ZPoint (with background music)

This recording is just like the first one, except that it has some quiet, relaxing music in the background. And at 31:28, it’s half a minute shorter than the music-free version. I hope you like it!

Mini-ZPoint (less than 5 minutes)

Once you’ve done ZPoint a few times, you may want a shorter version that you can use in difficult situations. If things are getting stressful at work, you can use the first five minutes of your break to get yourself feeling calmer. This recording is just one round of ZPoint, without any music. Feel free to use it whenever you’d like to feel calmer and think more clearly.
