Our policy regarding refunds
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless otherwise specified for a specific product &/or service.
To be eligible for a return, we would request a request in writing stating your reasons for the refund, and copy of your proof of payment.
Services that are non-returnable include:
Downloadable free products
Proof of Purchase
In order to authorize and process your request we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Without a proof of purchase, we’ll be unable to give any refund.
Cancellation of appointments/ sessions and refunds
If you have cancelled an appointment or session and have not re-scheduled a new session or appointment within 30 days, then no refund will be applicable unless there are extenuating circumstances. It will be at the sole discretion of Make a Change cc and Steph Sterner to agree to a refund in these circumstances. No consideration will be given to requests longer than 60 days from the original/last date of appointment(s) / session (s).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days of our confirmation of refund to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you received this item as a gift and cannot give us proof of payment then we will be unable to refund you the amount of the gift.
